The next role she took on was extremely challenging, as it required learning a new culture, processes, and a different industry altogether. However, she always trusted the process, and each day brought a fresh learning experience, pushing her to improve continuously. During a meeting with her new team, they asked about her previous stints, and she felt joy and pride when her new colleagues referred to their biggest and sweetest client as the company - That lesser-known brand had now blossomed into a household name, a testament to the unrelenting dedication and hard work of those who had journeyed alongside her.
