
Ready for Motivational Talk. Host Cab came to pick up. I have been invited to one of Central India's Leading Educational Group as Key Note Speaker.
-Reached Venue, So excited to See 400+ Participants in open ground.Motivated the Partcipants+ Faculty Teachers.Happy to see the faces of the audience.
Was happy for My Business, as we have conducted one Powerful Talk in Nagpur and I was flying to Pune for conducting 2 Days Management Development (MDP) Program.
- We also hired one Professional Trainer (from Mumbai) to conduct the Program. I was free from preparation. I was Relax.
- I & My Trainer buddy was prepared. And I was also excited to learn from Professional Trainer.
- Started Training. And Professional Trainer was really sharing valuable stuff to people.
- At the same time, also watching the Body Language of Participants.
- People were participating but not up to 100%.
- First Tea Break and HR came " Manish, Something is Missing, I don't know What ??? and How can we fulfilled".
- Answered HR, " Do not worry, I will take care".
- HR Thanked and the Top Team of the Company joined after TeaTime.
- Thought to talk with Trainer, but what I will say, what to do?
- The trainer started and he was excited with his content and I was worried as How to bring complete training Program on Track.
- If People (including Top Team) are not overly satisfied, we will not get repeat business.
- And also not aware of where to start and what to do ????
- Participants again not participating fully.
- If I train, it will not look professional to the Client Company as well as to Professional Guy as we promised that Professional Trainer will take the training.
- If I don't speak, It will affect our reputation as well as future business.
- This was a very unique situation that I have not faced earlier. And Participants started to react in a very different way.
- Thought Enough and saw HR, she was making faces.
- Saw Trainer's face, He was also a bit nervous to see the faces of participants.
- Decision Took - Stood Up from My chair. And started sharing how many people want to play Game of Attention.
- Everybody raised the hands, I said Me & Professional Trainer will take the training together, I will just add the examples which Professional Trainer is sharing.
- All Participants have to just keep strong focus as we both will be training one by one (in-game mode)
- Everybody was excited as they have never expected Two trainers will take the training together.
- Professional Trainer was talking from the front, with his permission, I was talking form back and sharing some funloving examples & games.
- The trainer also got some boost as I spoke.
- We both played wonderfully as It was not planned. We finished our first Day Training at 7 PM. We trained people straight 8.5 Hrs.
- Participants were overenjoyed the first-day program. The trainer was happy and HR was overly satisfied.
Came My Hotel Room, and took a hot shower, Felt like I won the War by balancing Participants = Top Professional of Company = My Trainer Buddy and at the end My Future Business.
That Same Company, Invited us for consecutive 6 Times for future MDP Programs. Thankful to the company for having Trust in us.
Learned Lesson on that Day - People don't buy products, they buy feelings, emotions, and Connect.
If You sell a Product with its features only, People May or May not buy it.
But If You sell Product with Pure Intentions+ Solid Feelings. People will surely invest in your product.
On that Day " Connect+Bond was missing"
My Mentor Says, " People don't buy products, they buy a better version of Self "- And You have to connect to communicate that better version.
