Idea is to normalize and sensitize people about the cross culture ways of interaction and reduce the possible culture shocks by encouraging being appreciative towards each other.

3. Lead by Example: Leadership plays a crucial role in promoting cross-cultural sensitization. Leaders should exemplify inclusive behaviors, actively participate in diversity initiatives, and address any instances of cultural insensitivity or bias promptly and effectively. To build cultural awareness leadership team plays a very important role to inculcate the habits and to ensure the percolation of the same is personally checked and stroked frequently.


4.
