After posting my last article on Conversation, I started getting questions in my mail. Yesterday I got a question from Jack (name changed) who is an Entrepreneur, Consultant & Author. I am sharing this small yet useful conversation for #trainers.
Jack: Hi Manish. Read through your post. Enjoyed reading it. I have a question for You..What’s the best part of Training that You enjoy doing..?
Me: Hello Jack.Thank You for reading my article.
Talking about the best part of my training, I like each and every part starting from checking the arrangement of chairs for my events to give real genuine inputs to people for moving to the next level of their Life. I feel I am doing meditation when I speak/train.
But when I introspect myself, I found I got kicked when I see two situations:
1. When My Team sees the challenge in conducting the session. Challenges may be Unknown Location, New Company, Very Different Topic, Senior Leadership People, Good Food at Hotel (which forces participants to sleep), No Current, No Projector, No Sound System, No Environment for conducting training, Laptop not working, Notorious Participants (students), Long Hours and My Trainer is not performing up to the mark and marriage/function in adjacent hall/place. This all MOTIVATES me to double my energy. I feel that's the real test of mine. That makes an altogether a different Manish Upadhyay.
And,
2. When I see Satisfying and Happy faces especially Eyes of participants, my people after training. Eyes don't lie. I feel learning should always be fun not a Stress. If You are feeling stressed while learning then it is not learning...it is something else. I always want to help people with "PROGRESS HAPPILY". That's the motto of my training also. Thank You for asking the question. Regards, Manish Upadhyay.
Jack: That's a great virtue to own - helping people reach their dreams and overcome their challenges. I do have something related to Financial Goals. Let me know when we can connect on this.
Me: Thank You, Jack.
My questions to all, What motivates you to take action..? How You get Kick..?
Believe Me, KICK = Experience = Learning. KICK can transform life.
