From an early age itself, she recognized that education holds the key to unlocking a world of possibilities. If someone had asked a sixteen-year-old Anupama, what she was going to do in life, she wouldn’t have had an answer then. Despite being lost and confused, she pursued her studies with dedication, fuelled by a burning desire to rise above mediocrity and make a meaningful impact.
With each step forward, Anupama discovered new realms of knowledge and acquired skills that became the bedrock of her journey. After earning her bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Anupama immersed herself in a profound exploration of knowledge, acquiring dual Master’s degrees—one in Hospitality Management and another in Human Resources with an additional Certification in Organization Development Analysis.
She is currently pursuing a Certification in Technology Entrepreneurship from HarvardX. But Anupama's passion for learning extends far beyond academic pursuits. She recognizes that true growth lies in the experiences and wisdom gained from the world around us. With an open mind and an adventurous spirit, she embarks on a journey of exploration, immersing herself in the rich tapestry of Indian wisdom, culture and heritage. Her travels allow her to embrace diverse perspectives, broaden her horizons, and understand the power of cultural exchange.
As Anupama's knowledge and experiences continued to expand, she realized that her purpose extended beyond personal growth. In 2021, her focus shifted towards empowering other women, igniting a fire within their hearts to pursue their dreams fearlessly. This realization led her to cofound BeMahika Tech Pvt. Ltd. (Mahika), India's first integrated digital learning and placement platform exclusively for women.
Through Mahika, Anupama harnesses the power of technology to improve women's employability and foster diversity in the workplace. Her vision is to guide and support countless women on their journey to financial independence and professional success. Before Mahika, Anupama had the privilege of heading the Organization Development vertical at Infinx Healthcare, a Tandon Group company. It was in this role that she optimized people and business performance through effective OD interventions, developing over 200 mid to senior-level leaders and nurturing around 30 women managers to become future leaders.
Anupama's work extends beyond the boundaries of entrepreneurship. Recognizing the importance of mentorship, she dedicates her time and expertise to guiding young aspiring women professionals. Her passion for fostering leadership led her to become a Leadership Mentor for industry professionals at Chiranjeev Gurukul and Jombay. Through her mentorship, Anupama nurtures and guides the next generation of women leaders, laying the foundation for a legacy of enduring success.
At every step of her path, Anupama remains deeply committed to the principle of Sewa – the profound joy of giving back to society. She actively collaborates with organizations such as the Rotary Club, Robinhood Army, DaanUtsav, Yuva Parivartan, Antarang Foundation and many more, working selflessly to uplift underserved communities. By combining her passion for learning with a heart full of compassion, she creates a ripple effect of positive change, transforming lives and inspiring others to follow in her footsteps.

She is honoured as one of the "Top 10 Women Leaders in e-Learning" in 2022 by Women Entrepreneur India and named among the "Top 100 HR Leaders Under 40" in 2019 by Jombay.
