
Since December 2021 I knew I had an issue with my left hamstring.
It started as tightness after my long runs, then I felt restricted when lengthening my stride during intervals. It had been a solid 12 months of training under the watchful eye of my coach.
I was hitting numbers on the bike I never have before, and feeling super strong while out running on hilly trails.
However, hands on work with my Osteopath didn’t change much, and neither did the rest. I saw specialists, and had various other treatments – nothing worked!
So, here we are again, for a sixth time, having surgery.
