We were introduced to Nada ...back in April 2020...when everything was so uncertain ...what’s next? ...We were all obsessed with …”its ok ; we will be back to normal by summer “...little we knew ...we still at the same level of doubt ...still missing our loved ones and still wished we took life less for granted...
We got blessed with an amazing project: Shooting 40 days for Hala be Ramadan live cooking show at the tip of the pandemic ...renowned chef on board …a great production team at MBC …what can go wrong?
Despite that dreamy set up ...we couldn’t share much ...looking at what others were going through ...it was only normal to stay silent and pay respect to those whom lost their jobs...
We were happy of course we always try to be ...any #entrepreneur out there knows what I am talking about ...yet we were like everyone else disturbed ...frustrated and scared for our loved ones ...as if we were not allowed to celebrate anymore ...then Leadership coaching and Nada’s Courses happened …Wissam Ashmar made that happen …so so thankful we are…but we were like : we don’t really have time (long hours #foodshooting and preparing) …It took us one session to realize …that in those extraordinary times all we needed was Nada...and folks “time” is and will always be an excuse.
We did 10 sessions ...we talked it out ...we cried ...we laughed ...we mainly realized that as an entrepreneur we confuse Life Values Vs Business Value - Note to myself: ..."No Caroline ..FoodArtConcept is not a Value (big smiley emoji ) ..We also learned to say “No” …we learned to priorities tasks and relations …Back to our values : We set some solid ones, time-lined and reviewed every other week… We changed ...who has not ?
Today with every step we take, we smile as every session with Nada…Echoes in our heads and hearts…we are forever thankful.
